Only lions who are about 15%-20% in the world population are early risers. Some bears lean more towards lions, so approximately there is about 35%-40% world population that are naturally early risers. I strongly suggest you to discover your chronotype which is better suit with your hormonal rhythm unless you are desperately want to wake up early in the morning.
